Disputes

FoodNerd Inc. SMS and RCS Messaging Terms
These Messaging Terms apply to the FoodNerd Inc. text messaging program, which includes SMS, MMS and RCS (Rich Communication Services) messages. By opting in, you agree to these Messaging Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Program description
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from FoodNerd Inc. at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include new product announcements, offers and promotions, cart reminders and order updates. If your device and carrier support RCS, messages may be delivered as RCS messages that include images, buttons or other rich content. If not, messages are delivered as standard SMS or MMS.
How to opt in
You can opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our website, or by texting a keyword we publish to our number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again. On RCS, you may also tap an unsubscribe or Stop option when one is shown. To rejoin, sign up again on our website or reply START.

Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. RCS features depend on your device, carrier and settings, and may not be available to all users.
Privacy
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used only to operate our messaging program and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Changes to these terms
FoodNerd Inc. may update these Messaging Terms at any time. Continuing to receive messages after an update means you accept the updated terms.
